Peru’s herbal medicines are often available in bulk online, but buying a pack can be difficult in rural areas.
That’s where an alternative comes in.
Buyers can get herbal medicines online, through the mail, or by phone, from places like local distributors, the DEA says.
In some cases, you can buy the herbal medicine from pharmacies in Peru and the country will mail the medicine back to the buyer.
Buyer beware: The prices on herbal medicines vary widely.
The DEA says the average cost of one herbal medicine can range from $50 to $200, and that you’ll pay $2 to $4 more for the same medicine from a distributor in Peru.
For example, you might pay $4.95 per 100 milligrams of THC in Peru for a 100 millimeter glass of tea.
If you need to buy an additional 100 millimeters, you’ll have to pay $15.95 to $20.95 for 100 millimetres of each, the agency says.
And if you want a larger dose, you will have to go through a third distributor in Lima, which has an average price of $25 to $35 per 100 ml.
The herbal medicine has to be purchased in the same country, and the package must be mailed in the country where you live.
If your local pharmacy is not available to receive herbal medicine or it’s a pharmacy with a delivery service, the package will be delivered to your home.
It may take a day or more to get the herbal medicines to your door.
Some local pharmacies, which are known as local distributors in Peru, are also known as distributors of the products of foreign countries.
