Health and wellness experts are urging people to start thinking about the health benefits of herbs and how to buy them.
In an article on the official website of the American Heart Association, Dr. Janna Sargent, a senior vice president of the Heart Research Institute, explained how people can be a part of the conversation.
“We’re all in this together,” Sargant wrote.
“If you’re looking to make a dent in your anxiety, you should know that a study from the National Institutes of Health found that people who used herbs and took supplements during a year showed less anxiety and improved mood.”
We can make sure that we’re eating and drinking more herbs and that we are following a plan that’s right for us,” Sager added.
Sargent also said people who suffer from anxiety and are taking medications should also consider buying herbs, adding that they can be an excellent supplement for treating your anxiety.
People can learn more about herbs on the American Association of Homeopaths website.
