A lot of people are talking about the dangers of herbal medicine.
But the problem with that is that there are really very few herbs that are actually safe to consume.
And it’s true that many herbs have been linked to serious side effects and death.
We spoke to three experts in the field to find out what is actually safe and what’s not.1.
There’s No Scientific Evidence of Harm From Herbals What makes a herb safe for us to consume?1.
We can safely consume herbal supplements if we take the right precautions.1- A good source of natural ingredients like the herbs that we’re using to treat diseases.
If we consume a lot of them, we can safely use them in a lot more ways than just to make supplements.
We have access to these herbal ingredients through our diet, so we’re not relying on the supply of those herbs to make our daily medicine.2.
We don’t need to consume them for their health benefits.3.
They’re not really bad for us.
They are just herbs.
There is not a single scientific study that has found any harm from taking a lot or even just a few of them.
There are some reports that have linked a particular herbal ingredient to higher rates of cardiovascular disease, and there are some other reports that link them to lower rates of cancer and other diseases.
But those reports are just that: reports.
And most of the studies that do find harm from herbs do not show that the herb actually causes a problem.4.
The herbal ingredient can be safely used to treat the symptoms of a specific disease.
For example, there are studies that show that taking a few drops of ginger, which is used to make ginger ale, may reduce blood pressure, heart rate, and breathing difficulty.
These are not harms.5.
If you’re looking for a way to reduce the amount of toxins in your body, you can eat less of these things.
The thing is that when you’re taking an herb like a herb, you’re basically putting in a little bit of toxin into your body that you don’t really need to be taking.
That toxin can be harmful if it’s absorbed by your gut, so it can interfere with your ability to digest and absorb other nutrients.
The best way to avoid this is to eat a lot less of the herb.6.
There isn’t really any need to take the herbs out of their natural forms.
They can be eaten as supplements or as food supplements.
That depends on what you’re trying to achieve, and that depends on your health goals and your diet.
For instance, some people are trying to reduce inflammation in their bodies, and some people want to reduce their cholesterol.
For some people, these herbs can be helpful in getting rid of some of the toxins in their body that are harmful to them.7.
It’s not just about what the herb is, it’s about what you are consuming it with.
If a person is eating a lot, that can actually increase their risk for certain diseases.
And if a person consumes a lot in a short period of time, it can be dangerous if that person gets sick.
And so if you’re getting enough herbal supplements, you have to take a long-term health care plan that includes these supplements.8.
There have been many studies showing that there is no evidence that the herbs can cause any serious side effect.
There was one study that looked at one particular herb, called the cinnamon bark, and it was found to have a protective effect against some kinds of cancer.
So the study showed that this is an herb that may be safe to eat for you to help reduce your risk of certain cancers.
That study was done by a research group that was funded by the National Institutes of Health, and they said, “Well, that’s not really a study that would be helpful for you because we don’t have any evidence that it is harmful.”
It was funded under a grant from the National Cancer Institute.9.
The research that has been done on this herb has not found any evidence of harm from consuming it.
It just shows that there’s some benefit.
But there have been a few other studies that have found that some herbs can increase your risk for some types of cancer, but there have not been any studies that suggest that there should be any health risk from eating this herb.10.
There has been one study in which they found that there were two different types of tumors that they were trying to study.
One was a type that was found in people who were overweight and had a lot to eat, and the other type was found with people who had normal weight and had no health problems.
This was a small study.
It wasn’t done in a large study and there was not enough data to really tell us if it had any effect.
